We've Successfully Kickstarted.
We Just received a grant from Burning Man Arts to support our mission.
We Will be at Maker Faire, Bay Area 2015, May 16-17, 2015
We will be at the Gray Area Festival, May 21-24, 2015

You may not have seen The Magic Box in action yet, because we are still working on upgrading it from just a truck into a mobile fab-lab, media-lab and more. But behind the scenes it has already enabled Sustainable Magic to bring interactive art and enable creativity at over twenty west coast events and projects:

• Market Street Prototyping Festival in SF

• Figment in Oakland
• Youtopia in San Diego
• Airpusher (and more) at NIMBY
• Dr. Brainlove and the Phage all over San Francisco.
• Fallen Cosmos in SF.

And yet, we have barely begun.
Stay in touch, and let us know if you need help creating something amazing.

This is an experiment in guerrilla education and sustainable creating - We plan to try offering a series of free/pay-as-you-can rapid creation workshops (e.g., 10-minute laser cutting wearables, backlight LED crafting) in public places. In addition, we'll offer more involved workshops and share our tools with experienced makers (to use for creating or holding workshops).
